Moon River Marine is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to help maintain and enhance our waterfront property. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks, and is committed to keeping facilities safe, clean, and operating at a high standard year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular checks and servicing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, docks
- Repairs: Fix plumbing, drywall, paint, doors, and docks
- Outdoor Maintenance: Inspect, document, and maintain outdoor property to acceptable standards
- General Maintenance: Perform landscaping, snow removal, and exterior property upkeep.
- Equipment Operation: Use forklift, pallet jack, skid steer, genie lift, Kubota UTV as necessary
